Our hair can be something we are surprisingly particular about.
For some of us, our crowning glory speaks volumes of our identity and self-expression. (A bad hair day can mean investing in some seriously funky hats). So it makes sense to do everything we can to foster the creative relationship between client and hairdresser.
I spoke to the team at Je’Suis to see what I could do to tease out this talent. What do hairdressers really think when I arrive half an hour late and cursing the rain?
